The INFORMATION ("INFORMATION") accessible by you ("USER") using GNET.COM has many sources that are not controlled by GNET.COM Corporation, its officers and/or employees, its sponsors, its agencies, and/or its licensors (collectively "GNET.COM Corporation"). GNET.COM Corporation shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential, relating to the use or inability to use GNET.COM.

Personally identifiable information that is provided to GNET.COM Corporation by USER or during USER'S use of GNET.COM, or in answering any questions or participating in any GNET.COM Corporation activities will be used internally by GNET.COM Corporation. GNET.COM Corporation will not rent, sell, barter or give away the information provided by law to any outside party. These official rules and all policies and service lines posted on GNET.COM, which you accept by using GNET.COM as a USER, contain the entire rules between you and GNET.COM Corporation regarding all aspects of your use of GNET.COM, and may be amended at any time by the posting of revisions only on this GNET.COM official rules page without prior notice. The rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. GNET.COM Corporation may at any time with or without cause and without notice or liability to USERS, change, eliminate, or restrict the use of all or any portion of GNET.COM including, without limitation, any GNET.COM services. The use of scripts or any other manual/automated system to earn GNET.COM Points is strictly prohibited. A USER may earn a maximum number of GNET.COM Points per day. This maximum may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice. GNET.COM Corporation will only honor one GNET.COM account per USER. If a USER registers under multiple email addresses, only GNET.COM account with the most GNET.COM Points will be honored. GNET.COM Corporation may terminate or temporarily suspend any USER'S GNET.COM membership, without notice, for conduct that GNET.COM Corporation believes is a violation of the official rules or any policies or services lines posted by GNET.COM Corporation, or for other conduct which GNET.COM Corporation believes, in its sole discretion, is harmful to GNET.COM Corporation, other USERS or to the interests of GNET.COM Corporation in general. GNET.COM Points have no cash value and are not transferable to another person or entity.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. This contest/sweepstakes is open to legal residents in countries, states or provinces where contests/sweepstakes are permitted by law. Void in New York, Florida, and where prohibited or restricted by law. GNET.COM Corporation has the right to substitute comparable products for prizes. Use of GNET.COM constitutes acceptance of the rules. Employees of GNET.COM Corporation or any other company involved in the organizing and function of GNET.COM and the immediate families or persons residing in the same household are not eligible to participate. Subject to applicable international, federal, and state laws, regulations, and tax codes. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. All taxes associated with the receipt of any prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes won by a minor (as determined by the laws of the state of residence) will be awarded to a parent or legal guardian on the minor's behalf. Prizes are transferable at the request of the winner. Each separately mailed card (limit 100 cards per day) will earn 50 GNET.COM Points. Mail-in entries must be received by October 1, 2010. The potential Grand Prize winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received to be held at GNET.COM Corporation on October 10, 2010. The winner will be notified by mail, e-mail, or telephone. Then the contestant's full birthday (month, day, and year) must match the pre-selected birthday which will be sealed in tamper proof envelope(s) ahead of time. If a complete birthday match (month, day, and year) occurs then the contestant will be able to select one of the following payout options without interest:

A) $100,000,000.00 at $100,000.00 for 50 years and a final payment of $95,000,000.00.
B) $40,000,000.00 at $300,000.00 for 40 years and a final payment of $28,000,000.00.
C) $25,000,000.00 at $500,000.00 for 50 years.

If, for any reason, GNET.COM is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, lack of sponsor support, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of GNET.COM Corporation which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of GNET.COM, GNET.COM Corporation reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend GNET.COM.
